How do the 3 free scans work?
Create a free account and you'll get 3 scans on us — no credit card needed. After that, pay $1.99 per scan, buy a credit pack, or upgrade to Pro.
What counts as one scan?
Each time you analyze a resume against a job description, that's one scan. You can re-analyze the same resume against different job postings — each one counts separately.
How does resume storage work on Pro?
Every analysis is saved automatically and encrypted at rest. We keep your 10 most recent analyses; saving another removes the oldest. You can delete any of them at any time.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes, anytime after the 7-day free trial — no contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel during your trial you won't be charged at all. If you cancel after the trial, your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you'll always get the full value of the time you paid for.
When will the education and first responder discounts be available?
We're actively working on both discount programs. We'll announce them on the changelog when they launch.
Is my resume data safe?
Security and privacy are core values, not afterthoughts. Pro users' saved resumes are encrypted at rest. On the free and pay-as-you-go plans, your resume is analyzed in memory and never stored at all.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
You can delete your account anytime from your Account page. It takes effect immediately and permanently removes your account, saved resumes, saved jobs, and Job Tracker entries. If you're on Pro, your subscription is cancelled at the same time. You can also email support@gridpass.ai to request deletion.
