How do the 3 free scans work?
Create a free account and you'll get 3 scans on us — no credit card needed. After that, pay $1.99 per scan, buy a credit pack, or upgrade to Pro.
What counts as one scan?
Each time you analyze a resume against a job description, that's one scan. You can re-analyze the same resume against different job postings — each one counts separately.
How does resume storage work on Pro?
Every analysis is automatically saved to your personal resume vault. Your resumes are encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 with a key unique to your account — not even Gridpass can read them. You can store up to 10 versions and delete any of them at any time.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes, anytime after the 7-day free trial — no contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel during your trial you won't be charged at all. If you cancel after the trial, your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you'll always get the full value of the time you paid for.
When will the education and first responder discounts be available?

Is my resume data safe?
Security and privacy are core values, not afterthoughts. Pro user resumes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key derived uniquely from your account — we are technically unable to read your data. Pay-as-you-go users have their resume analyzed in memory and never stored at all.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Deleting your account permanently destroys your unique encryption key, making all stored resume data irrecoverable — even by us. Your data is gone for good.
